I need alterations, what’s next?

A round of alterations on a custom suit is completely normal, not to worry. After you’ve received and tried on your garments, email us at info@thecustom.club with relaxed front, back and side photos and we’ll find you a tailor and walk you through the process.

Do I get a refund for alterations?

Email us your receipt for alterations to: info@thecustom.club. We will not only save the updated measurements, we will also apply a credit of up to $100 on your next order to cover the cost.

There was a factory error with my garment, what can I do?

Mistakes can happen, we know that. If your garment arrives with an incorrect fabric, lining or customization option- we will remake the item.

Can I return my item for a refund?

We’re sure we can get you in to a garment you absolutely love. Each piece is made to order and customized with our clients’ fit, monograms and customization options. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
